Data Deletion Instructions

1. Log in at scrollyield.com/app.
2. Open the saved item you want to remove.
3. Select Delete on that item.

The item, its summary, its tags, and any screenshot or thumbnail stored for it are removed from your library.

2. Go to Profile, then the Data and account area.
3. Select Delete saved data.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then submit.

This permanently removes:

• every saved item, including links, notes, screenshots, and all content imported from Instagram, Facebook, and X;
• summaries, takeaways, categories, tags, and topics;
• reminders and import jobs;
• weekly yield statistics;
• uploaded files and generated thumbnails held in our file storage;
• any connected social capture handle linked to your account.

Your login and account settings remain, so you can start a new library.

2. Go to Profile, then the Data and account area.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then submit.

This removes everything listed in Option 2 and also deletes your login credentials and profile. The account cannot be recovered afterwards, and you will be signed out immediately.

If you cannot access your account, you can ask us to delete your data instead. Email scrollyield@gmail.com from the address associated with your ScrollYield account and tell us whether you want your saved data deleted or your account deleted.

To delete only content imported from a specific platform, say which platform in your message. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will tell you why and when it will complete.

Deleted content is removed from the live service immediately. As described in our Privacy Policy, limited copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups, and we may retain records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records. Those copies are not used to serve your library and expire on our normal backup schedule.

ScrollYield does not post to, or change, your accounts on Instagram, Facebook, or X. Deleting data here removes our copy only; the original posts remain on those platforms and are managed there.
